Crock Pot Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe
Crock Pot Chicken Tetrazzini is a delicious creamy chicken and pasta recipe made with leftover chicken or a rotisserie chicken.

I love using a rotisserie chicken to save time in the kitchen. You can pick up a rotisserie chicken at most grocery stores for less than $5. This is a great way to save money on dinner.
Buying a $5 rotisserie chicken and then using it to make a crock pot meal is genius. I know I can’t buy a pack of chicken for $5 where I live.
If you can buy a roaster chicken for a great price you could make your own rotisserie chicken in the crock pot and use the seasoned chicken meat in this recipe.
This is also another great way to save money at the grocery store. If you come across a great sale on whole chickens. You can cook the chicken and pull the cooked chicken off the bone and freeze them for recipes like this Crock Pot Chicken Tetrazzini.
Or any other recipe that calls for cooked chicken.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2-4 oz cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 15.4 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 16 oz spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained well
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- fresh parsley for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Put the cubed chicken in the crock pot and add the drained canned mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, diced onion and chicken broth.
- Season with 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
- Mix with a large spoon, place the lid on the crock pot and cook for 3 hours on high or 5 hours on low.
- 20 minutes before the recipe will be finished boil the noodles in a pot of salted water. until el dente and drain well.
- Uncover the crock pot and add the 1/2 a cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese and mix.
- Add the spaghetti noodles to the crock pot and mix until all of the noodles are covered with the sauce.
- Serve with a salad and garlic bread if desired.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Notes
- Do not over cook or the chicken will be dry.
- You can use another type of pasta noodle.
